Golden Opportunity (GO) is seeking dedicated community members to join our Board of Directors and help expand free one-on-one tutoring and mentorship for economically disadvantaged students in grades 2–8 in the Ithaca City School District.
For more than 20 years, GO has partnered with experienced educators to help students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and discover their potential.
We're especially interested in individuals with experience or interest in:

Fundraising & Donor Engagement
Marketing & Communications
Community Partnerships
Education & Youth Advocacy
Board service includes one monthly meeting, participation on one committee, and a shared commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
